It is one of our bran flours in which bran particles can be seen visually, that is prepared by blending bran and our special purpose flour, and is used especially in making bran homemade bread, village bread and gözleme (Turkish pancake). Our flour which is produced by blending wheat with high protein is high in water retention ability and processability. It does not dry. It has high content of fiber, increases the taste of the product as well as gives the feeling of fullness.
